Brief Description
ZJ40/2250D can apply to gas and oil well exploration for 2000-3200m depthe with diameter 127mm dirll pipe ,2500-4000m with 114mm drill pipe.
1)The power system is composed of 3 sets of 760KW diesel engines. It is driven by means of AC-SCR-DC with full-digital controlled DC speed governor. The operating and monitoring system adopts the bus technology and the AC power interface is kept for installation of top drive.
2)The draw works is driven by 1 set of 800KV positive-pressure and explosion-proof DC motor with four-shift step less speed governor. The main brake is the hydraulic disc brake and the auxiliary brake is the eddy current brake. It is equipped with the sand drum and 45KW emergency motor.
3) It is a swing-up design and can be installed at a lower position and wholly raised to proper position. The mast and substructure can be smoothly raised without changing the raising line. The driller cabin can centrally control the drilling job with convenient ,safe and reliable operation.
